When creating a Pimo app account, the information we gather serves the purpose of delivering a more tailored and personalized experience.

User Generated Content

Pimo provides users with the ability to generate and share various content, referred to as ‘posts.’ These posts are visible in public areas of Pimo, accessible to all Pimo users. Your posts are linked to your account unless you choose to delete them. It is important to be aware that disclosing personal information publicly through your posts may lead to its collection and utilization by others. Consequently, we disclaim any liability associated with the content you share.

Correction and Deletion of Your Information

You have the option to correct or modify your personal data using the profile setup feature within the app, addressing any inaccuracies. Additionally, you can delete your personal data through your app profile or submit a request for its deletion. To initiate such a request, please include the subject line ‘Pimo Profile Deletion Request’ in your email request and specify the email address or phone number (including the country code) associated with your Pimo account. Forward your request to help@pimo.app. It is important to note that we will permanently delete and irreversibly purge stored personal information upon request. However, we reserve the right to decline processing requests that we believe violate any applicable law or legal requirement. In such instances, we may retain your personal data if legally obligated or for regulatory compliance.
